My food triangle is grease, sugar, caffiene, and alcohol.
hi! good to "see" you! oh, caffeine, yes! grease, well, chicken wings, i guess, alcohol, hummm, captain and diet coke or a white russian every now and then, chocolate or cookies, or the corner piece of cake with all the icing, anytime!!!!
