Take Royal Jelly; I do and I never get colds

hi! isn't that from bees? there's a bee allergy that runs in my family. i've never been stung, so i'm not sure if i have it, but i have the other allergies that are in my family so i'm guessing i have that as well. my sister has to carry an epi pen with her in case she is stung.

it's nice to hear from you. be well, thanks, sherry

Mmm, it is; it's what the hive gives their hatchlings. The worker bees are weaned onto a mix of royal jelly and pollen and then, eventually, pollen only but the one bee singled out to be Queen is kept on RJ and grows to eleven times the size of the other bees.

I am allergic to bee stings - not severely so but apparently the reaction will be worse on each subsequent sting. Taking RJ hasn't affected me; other than to make me invulnerable.
RJ is, however, incredibly powerful stuff and the downside is that it does set off reactions in asthmatics and some allergy sufferers. The best thing to do is to ascertain with a naturopath whether you are OK to take it or not. Or there's the skin test which is used for all homeopathic medicines: put some on your skin and if it turns red and reacts then you should probably not ingest. If there's no reaction you should be safe.

Another brilliant thing about Royal Jelly (if you get the all clear) is that is cheap and plentiful in Chinese grocers. Both less expensive and more effective than other substances. And it has every goodie in it.
