god, there are guys tramping all over spraying blue paint and measuring and wanding looking for lines and the jack hammer is going AND it's freaking raining to boot!

if it were my long awaited sewer line i'd be doing the happy happy joy joy dance
(been waiting 14, count 'em, 14 YEARS for that promise from the township)
BUT since they are bailing water out from where the main valve is and checking my yard and my adjoining neighbor's and spraying blue paint, i'd say it is a bad omen!
