my herd o crows are outside my window. they know i'm up and are demanding a handout(or their rightful due as they see it!)

I do believe the technical turm for a grouping of crows is a "murder of crows" =)

hiya, yeah i do know that but it sounds awful so anything in a group i generally just call a "herd o" tho sometimes it might be a "bucket o" or a pile o" ; )
