hey too cool!!! i watched a segment on "how it's made" where they made sports lapel pins. amazing how much is involved.

you gave a really nice interview!

i still can't read my poems in front of people and 1 time a few years ago i had to speak a the small scholarship awards lunch for the committee i am on and i shoke so bad that the president of the club(at the time) wanted to know how i read the speech because my hands shook so much!

neat film!

me? i do anything i can to avoid watching the superbowl while they play. i get too nervous when it's the steelers.i do watch the commercials tho.

I can't tell you how many times I had injuries from dog-related falls when CR and I had Charlie the Mutt. One such fall has given me almost ten years of whiplash-like symptoms. Only neuromuscular massage works to keep the pain away.

Glad you're ok. Be careful! This is break bones type weather with that ice. That's how I feel on ice that was under a soft coating of freshly-fallen snow. Shudder!!!

I enjoyed today, though. The camera helps me get outside and enjoy the day. It was sunny and clear blue skies but super cold! The wind was ficious.
