the water authority( i think) is digging a trench in my neighbor's yard and putting in pipe. every house on the street is marked and flagged so a new main line can be run. i guess they may start here next.

contested the new property values today. it's insane. how can the lot (not the house) triple in value? especially since the property in the back has a duquesne light  right of way AND a sewer line that makes the back of the lot unable to be built on? so, we shall see.
